How To Play At Baccarat
Baccarat is a game that has its origins in Italy, probably during the Middle Ages. In the 15th century it would have been taken to France where it became the favorite game of nobles during the reign of Charles VIII. The many similarities between Baccarat and Blackjack mean that one of them is said to be a variation of the other (which one is difficult because there is no certainty as to which one was created first). However, Vingt-et-Un (21), which will be the origin of Blackjack, is also considered a possible origin, or transformation, of Baccarat. 
The extreme popularity that Baccarat has acquired, mainly along the Casinos of the French Riviera, has given rise to many variations, one of the best known being the Chemin-de-Fer (Railway) which is very similar to Baccarat, but with the big difference that the Players play against each other and the Banker does not count. The extremely high stakes and the high turnover of the game (the Baccarat rooms usually have much higher stake limits than any other Casino game) have made it almost exclusive to the wealthier social classes, but in the years ‘ In the 80s of the last century, Mini-Baccarat emerged as a response to the popularity of the Game and to make it accessible to the masses, guaranteeing bets with values more in line with other Casino games.
How To Play
The objective of Baccarat is to get 9 points, or the closest to that value. Exceeding this value is impossible because the sum of the value of the cards only counts the numbers on the right. That is, if in the sum of 2 cards (for example, 1 card 5 and 1 card 7) its real value is 12, but in Baccarat only 2 points are counted. The Ace is worth 1 point. Figures (King, Queen and Jack) and 10 are worth 0 (zero). The remaining cards, 2 through 9, are worth their face value. In Baccarat Play, the Player can bet on his or her hand, on the Croupier’s hand or on Null Play. By betting on his hand, the Player is betting that he will be closer to the value 9 and, consequently, win the Game. When betting on the Dealer’s hand , the Player is betting that he is the Dealerwhich will be closer to the value 9 and, therefore, win the Game. When betting on Null Game, the Player is betting that neither he nor the Croupier will win the Game. Therefore, it is here, through the bets, that the Baccarat Game begins. Then the Croupier deals a card to the Player, and another to himself. If the Player, or the Croupier , has a Natural (a card 8 or 9), whoever has it wins, or has the highest, or, in case of a tie (if both have the same value), no one wins and the bet is returned to the Player (or, in case the Player has wagered in a tie, the payment of his wager). In either case, the move is over. But if neither the Player nor the Croupier has a Natural, the Croupierdeals a 2nd card to the Player and a 2nd card to himself.
